Refund Policy

At Averqon.shop, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Used products

Personal care items

Customized or personalized products

Gift cards (if applicable)


Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
